Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping: We offer several shipping options for domestic orders:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
  • Tracking: Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you need items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at zzmilshop@gmail.con with your order number. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at [your contact email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Zomishop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
