Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked within this time frame to be eligible for a return.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for a return.

- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at zzmilshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Package Your Return: Securely package your items in their original packaging, including the original receipt or proof of purchase. Ship your return to the address provided in the return authorization.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at zzmilshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Sale Items
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
